Each room accommodates two residents on a sharing basis and is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The rooms are well-lit and feature a ceiling fan, two beds equipped with provisions for mosquito nets, two cupboards with a screen and dressing mirror, two study tables with chairs, and two table lamps. Additionally, each room includes a private balcony for added convenience and relaxation.

2. Value Premium - Single Room

Specially catered for those residents who prefer her own privacy. Single rooms can be organised based the on availability.

3. Premium - Sharing Basis Rooms

These offer all the features of our Standard Sharing Basis Rooms, including well-lit spaces, private balconies, and fully equipped amenities. In addition, these rooms come with the added convenience of an attached washroom, providing enhanced comfort and privacy for residents. These premium rooms are available at an extra charge

4. The Serene Suite

The one & only Serene Suite is our most exclusive offering, located on the rooftop with breathtaking views of the surroundings. This spacious room is designed to provide an elevated living experience, offering significantly more room than our standard options. Perfect for those seeking luxury and tranquility, the Serene Suite combines premium comfort with stunning scenery
