Each shared room in our student accommodation accommodates two residents on a sharing basis and is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The rooms are well-lit and feature a ceiling fan, two beds equipped with provisions for mosquito nets, two cupboards with a screen and dressing mirror, two study tables with chairs, and two table lamps. Additionally, each room includes a private balcony for added convenience and relaxation, making our hostel services truly exceptional.

2. Value Premium - Single Room

Specially catered for those residents who prefer their own privacy, single rooms can be organized based on availability, alongside our hostel services that also offer shared rooms for those seeking a community atmosphere in student accommodation.

3. Premium - Sharing Basis Rooms

These premium shared rooms offer all the features of our Standard Sharing Basis Rooms, including well-lit spaces, private balconies, and fully equipped amenities. In addition, these rooms come with the added convenience of an attached washroom, providing enhanced comfort and privacy for residents. These premium rooms are part of our exceptional hostel services and are available at an extra charge for those seeking quality student accommodation.

4. The Serene Suite

The one & only Serene Suite is our most exclusive offering, located on the rooftop with breathtaking views of the surroundings. This spacious room is designed to provide an elevated living experience, offering significantly more room than our standard options, including our shared rooms in the hostel services. Perfect for those seeking luxury and tranquility, the Serene Suite combines premium comfort with stunning scenery, making it an ideal choice for student accommodation.
